Dynamic Motion Exercise Work Session
The first half of the class session is meant for work time and finalization of the dynamic motion exercise that was started in Class 3. If you've finished more quickly, you are welcome to continue refining your animation or try building an alternate version in a different composition within your project. When you have questions or need help, please ask - our open work time can include assistance when you need it. We will be looking for one animated video per student later in class.
Rendering Animation and Exporting
Following our work time, a brief demonstration will be given for exporting your video. Very simple settings and guidelines will be given. In general, we will use the Adobe Media Encoder with a preset for Youtube HD video throughout the semester. Once you have rendered your animation, you may submit your video file to the teacher station manually or online through D2L.
Viewing and Discussing Dynamic Motion Exercise
Consider the following topics during our review and discussion:
This animation exercise has been an ice-breaker and introduction to our software. Our discussion and viewing will remain relatively short. This work has been an opportunity to explore and practice the processes and skills we will use in class. With any remaining time in class, you are encouraged to catch up with reading and tutorial assignments.
