Environments, Backgrounds, Tilesets, and Assets for Project 2

The following examples are from a handful of mobile "flappy" style games that demonstrate some of the ways in which the backgrounds, environments, and objects are developed as assets. Some of the examples come from those we also looked at in Project 1 (during Class 5).

These examples were taken from The Video Game Atlas. Most of the examples should have formatting that is similar to those outlined in Project 2. Although they are old or historical game examlples, there is a lot that will apply to your project in regards to tiling, repetition, layout, and 2 Dimensional design principles.
