Reading Discussion & Presentation
We will start with an introduction to our Discussion Forum. Our assignment is from the text "The Language of New Media" by Lev Manovich.
A brief overview and demonstration will be given in class for Project 2. The information will be similar to the one given as the project was introduced in Class 15.
This project work session is designed for you to get as much work done as possible. To move your project forward, we will discuss individually what you are working on and some possible strategies for designing an environment.
During the second half of class today, we will have an opportunity for in-progress discussion of work. For our in-progress discussion, everyone should export and submit a PNG of their work. We will load all of the submitted work. Each image will be displayed and the artist/designer responsible for that work will explain their concept and ideas for the work. The rest of the group will respond with questions and feedback.
